Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an ICAM Product Manager to lead strategy, vision, and end-to-end delivery for VA ICAM products. You will define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and ensure value delivery across iterative releases while coordinating multiple Agile teams.

You will work with government product owners, drive SAFe practices, and leverage AI where appropriate to improve efficiency and output. A strong background in ICAM technologies and federal mandates is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end ICAM product lifecycles, including roadmap ownership and iterative release management.
• Experience with ICAM technologies such as Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and IAM-as-a-Service.
• Experience in Agile delivery and leadership.
• Knowledge of Federal ICAM mandates OMB M-19-17, NIST 800-63, EO 14028, and OMB M-22-09.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for ICAM products, including SSO, IGA, PAM, MPI, and VHIC.
• Direct ICAM product design, development, and implementation with focus on user value and security outcomes.
• Lead a SAFe scaled Agile team and guide best practices.
• Track product performance, value delivery, cost, schedule adherence, and adoption trends for VA leadership.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and mitigate to protect delivery outcomes.
