Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives across people, process, and technology domains. You will partner with leaders to design adoption strategies, analyze impact, and deliver actionable recommendations that align with strategic objectives.

You will develop and execute communication plans, manage resistance, and monitor adoption outcomes, while maintaining compliance with policies and risk standards.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant professional experience with a related degree or equivalent.
• Experience with business analysis methodologies and project delivery throughout the lifecycle.
• Strong technical proficiency and advanced communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple stakeholders.
