Job summary

Recover-Aid in the United States seeks a Caller of Good Fortune/Virtual Assistant to support consumers in unclaimed funds recovery. This part-time, remote role operates on a 1099 basis, focusing on outbound calls, data gathering, and coordinating with licensed professionals.

You will review cases, explain the recovery process, and maintain the outreach pipeline. Compensation is 5% of recovered funds, with example payments provided, and the time commitment ranges 6–12 months to best serve clients.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent required.
QB selling to end users/customers (B2C) experience.
Knowledge of QBS sales strategies.
Strong data research and metrics reporting skills.
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Gather, investigate and research data via online public databases for a monthly quota of owner entries per month.
Mailing correspondence to prospective Consumers and Clients.
Contact Government agencies and maintain the government contact list.
Calling prospective Consumers with the Good News, leaving VoiceMails, accordingly.
Schedule meetings for the Consumer with licensed Attorneys/commissioned Notary Public officials, where applicable.
Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline.
Exhibit confidence with every customer interaction.
Create urgency for all defined Consumers through QBS.
Provide each customer with a professional and serviceable sales experience.
Strong visionary skills.
Meet and exceed all sales goals.
Work independently.
Implement all coaching and feedback.
Understanding of Agency rules and State estate instruments/practices.
