• Reliable internet, a computer and a phone you can use for work.
• Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Review public foreclosure and tax sale records to see where a sale brought more than what was owed.
• Confirm the surplus amount and the claim deadline with the state's published records.
• Skip-trace former owners and heirs with our tools and record what you verify.
• Mark anything you cannot verify as "to be verified" instead of guessing an amount.
