Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Commercial General Liability Claims Team Lead (Pre-Suit Property Damage) based in the United States. Fully remote role guiding a team of adjusters, ensuring policy coverage decisions and sound claim handling.

You will collaborate with in-house counsel and Claims leadership to resolve complex losses, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement in claims processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• At least 5 years of experience handling CG liability property damage and automobile claims.
• Significant supervisory experience.
• Active insurance adjuster licenses are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote team of 5–6 adjusters handling non-litigated CG liability property damage and auto claims.
• Review claim decisions, investigations, and coverage assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with in-house counsel and Claims leadership to resolve complex losses.
• Oversee claim correspondence and documentation for clarity and accuracy.
• Develop and mentor employees; provide performance coaching and reviews.
• Support complex claim resolution and ensure efficient escalation handling.
