Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations and planning for growth and IPO readiness.
• Oversee treasury, governance and internal controls.
• Manage investor relations and board communications.
• Partner with CEO and executives on strategy and capital allocation.
• Deliver timely financial reporting and KPI dashboards.
