Orchard is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance organization through profitable growth. Based in our New York City office, you will oversee FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Accounting, partnering with the CEO to drive disciplined budgeting, forecasting, and financial insight.

You will build a culture of financial discipline that balances high growth with prudent risk-taking, collaborate across departments, and guide Orchard toward profitability as we scale.

• 10+ years in financial leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

• M&A experience (a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
