Job summary

Solink is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy as we scale our cloud platform globally. The role demands deep financial discipline, strategic foresight, and the ability to align finance with growth initiatives across cross-border operations.

The CFO will build and grow a high-performing finance organization, partner with the CEO and Board on capital strategy, and drive pension of robust forecasting, controls, and reporting to support future financing and strategic

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with scale-up exposure.
• Proven track record scaling SaaS/tech from $50M to $200M+ revenue.
• Deep FP&A expertise and strategic planning capabilities.
• Direct experience with late-stage fundraising or public markets.
• Strong command of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, compliance and audit oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop FP&A and Accounting functions; deliver timely business insights.
• Partner with CEO/Board on financial strategy, budgets, and capital planning.
• Lead close, audit, and internal controls ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Drive scalable finance processes, data quality, and automation where appropriate.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities including acquisitions and partnerships.
