Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance foundation required.
• Experience in high-growth, scaling or early-stage environments.
• Experience building or significantly improving finance/accounting processes.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong planning, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while hands-on when needed.
• Proven track record navigating growth and organizational complexity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's overall financial strategy.
• Build scalable accounting and finance processes to support growth.
• Establish financial controls, reporting structures and forecasting processes.
• Lead and develop the finance/accounting function as the organization scales.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic decisions.
• Provide actionable financial analysis and business insights.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management and planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Build processes and systems for visibility and accountability.
• Determine structure, technology and talent for a high-performing finance org.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership rather than just accounting.
