Solink is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy as we scale and operate across the US and Canada with remote work flexibility. You will own FP&A, accounting, and investor relations while partnering with the CEO and Board on strategic capital planning.

This executive role emphasizes disciplined financial management, scalable processes, and strong leadership of a finance team to support growth, compliance, and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience at scale.
• Proven SaaS/tech scaling from multi-million to hundreds of millions in revenue.
• Experience with GAAP/IFRS, audits, and investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Team: oversee the FP&A and Accounting function leaders.
• Partner with the CEO and Board on financial strategy, performance, and capital planning.
• Strengthen planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Drive close processes, internal controls, and financial reporting cadence.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, including acquisitions and partnerships.
