Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience as a CFO or VP Finance in SaaS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature financial systems and forecasting as the company scales.
• Drive FP&A discipline for a complex, global SaaS business.
• Support the CEO in the Series B process and investor materials.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations on pricing and resource allocation.
• Oversee banking relationships, audits, and financial controls.
• Lead and grow a lean finance team.
