Job summary

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is seeking a detail-focused professional to support the CFE Credential Program administration. You will review applications, verify certification requirements, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent service to candidates and members throughout the certification process.

This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, data accuracy, and adherence to procedures while enabling flexible work arrangements and regular office

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service and data entry/processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict management skills and the ability to address customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes CFE Exam Applications, ensuring accuracy and criteria completion.
• Runs reports and analyzes data to determine applicant needs by stage.
• Communicates with members to inform program requirements and answer inquiries.
