Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations and assist members, providers, and pharmacies with prior authorizations, claims inquiries, and benefit questions in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will hold an active CPhT certification (preferred) and state registration where applicable, with experience in PBM services, managed care, or healthcare customer

Qualifications

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred.
• Active Pharmacy Technician registration with a State Board of Pharmacy where applicable.
• Experience supporting pharmacy operations, prior authorizations, pharmacy claims, PBM services, managed care programs, or healthcare customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency using pharmacy systems and documentation tools with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to pharmacy-related inquiries for members, providers, and pharmacies.
• Research and resolve claims, eligibility, and coverage issues while meeting SLAs.
• Review, document, and process pharmacy transactions per guidelines.
• Use multiple systems to investigate issues and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support service delivery.
