Logan Health is seeking a Certified Professional Coder for a remote, full-time role. The coder will assign ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes for outpatient records and support billing and collections for client databases.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of coding experience, a nationally recognized certification, and strong communication skills. This position offers remote work with standard day-shift expectations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding guidelines and practices.
• One year of professional coding experience.
• Nationally recognized coding certification (CCA, CCS, CPC or AAPC).
• Commitment to confidentiality and teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes for outpatient records.
• Abstract essential data for tracking, reporting, and reimbursement.
• Key data entry, billing, and collections for assigned client databases.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate with providers and departments to ensure documentation supports services.
• Meet productivity standards in Revenue Integrity Coding.
