Job summary

DaMar Staffing is seeking a remote Certified Medical Coder (CPC) to support a strategic benefit digitization initiative. You will implement standardized coding practices, maintain procedure and service code groupings, and ensure compliance with regulatory mandates while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will apply coding standards, develop coding groupings for accurate benefit alignment, and provide expert guidance to project teams to ensure regulatory conformity across deliverables.

Qualifications

• Certified CPC with active credential from AAPC or AHIMA.
• 3+ years of coding and reimbursement experience (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, CMS).
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Apply formal coding standards to interpret and digitize benefit structures.
