Job summary

DaMar Staffing seeks a clinic coder for a remote, full-time role. You must work 40 hours weekly, have required equipment, and complete a WebEx interview before an offer. The position requires strong clinic coding experience across multiple specialties and AAPC certification.

Candidates should be proficient in ICD-9/ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT-4/HCPCS, HCC and E/M coding, with EPIC EHR and 3M 360 coding familiarity preferred. Must be able to discuss CPT assignments and coding guidelines during screening.

Qualifications

• AAPC certificate required; CPC, CPC-H and/or COC preferred.
• Clinic coding experience REQUIRED, including office-type procedures, vaccinations, and E/M leveling.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT-4/HCPCS, HCC and HEDIS CAT II, E/M coding.
• Familiarity with EPIC EHR and 3M 360 coding encouraged.
• Ability to assign CPT codes and work with clinic coding standards.
