Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Certification Program Manager to own key workstreams, manage exam delivery/vendor relationships, and drive credential lifecycle efficiency. The role focuses on security, policy, and multi-stakeholder coordination in a flexible US-based setting.

You will leverage AI tools to automate reporting and enablement campaigns, turning policies into scalable processes while partnering with vendors and clients to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Experience running or operating a technology certification program with a proctored exam vendor.
• Understanding of credential development lifecycle and exam security/policy administration.
• Ability to analyze assessment data including pass rates and retake trends.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service levels.
• Experience working with partners or customers on program escalations.
• Experience planning multi-workstream programs and reporting to leadership.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve program operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: experience scaling a certification program in a fast-moving environment.
• Preferred: familiarity with digital badging platforms and partner/channel programs.
• Preferred: experience integrating exam, badging, and internal systems (CRM, data warehouse).

Responsibilities

• Act as operating partner to the program leader, owning key workstreams end to end.
• Manage vendor relationships for exam delivery, proctoring, and badging, including escalations and invoicing.
• Lead exam security and integrity efforts, including proctoring configuration and case review.
• Handle partner escalations and communications on program changes.
• Track adoption and drive enablement campaigns across the partner ecosystem.
• Turn certification policies into working processes and manage the credential lifecycle.
• Support ticket resolution and improve response processes using trends.
• Maintain program analytics and lead recurring reporting reviews with leadership.
• Use AI tools to automate reporting, communications, and other operational tasks.
