Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Certification Program Manager to partner with the program leader and run the certification and assessment program end-to-end. You will own the operational side, including vendor coordination, exam delivery, policies, and data used to measure program effectiveness.

You will also provide credentialing expertise related to exam security, policy design, and program evolution. You will work alongside a certification developer and a support team, driving adoption,

Qualifications

• Experience managing or operating a technology certification program with hands-on exam delivery oversight.
• Knowledge of credential development lifecycle and exam security policies.
• Strong ability to interpret assessment data, pass rates and security metrics.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service levels.
• Direct experience coordinating with partners, customers and account teams.
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream programs and report to leadership.
• Experience designing and operationalizing certification policies including appeals.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and automation to streamline workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to document and scale evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Own delegated workstreams end-to-end and coordinate with vendors, partners, and engineering.
• Act as operating partner for program vendors including exam delivery and proctoring.
• Lead exam security initiatives, investigations, and data forensics review.
• Respond to questions and escalate certification issues with partners and account managers.
• Drive adoption by tracking participation and planning campaigns with marketing teams.
• Translate policies into operational processes and manage credential lifecycles.
• Handle learner and partner support cases and improve escalation paths.
• Own program systems backlog and partner with engineering for upgrades.
• Own program analytics, dashboards, and leadership reviews.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline communications and reporting.
