Heaven Hill is seeking a Vice President - National Accounts Off-Premise to lead and grow our Off-Premise National Account organization across top retail partners. This role will design strategy, drive segmentation, and ensure profitable growth.

You will build executive relationships, set JBP standards, collaborate across functions, and elevate field and distributor alignment to win in grocery, mass, club, liquor, and convenience channels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Off-Premise National Account team to deliver disproportionate growth with Heaven Hill's strategic retail customers.
• Own the overall Off-Premise National Account agenda and set growth priorities across grocery, mass, club, liquor, convenience, and other priority classes of trade.
• Establish executive sponsorships with top accounts and manage C-suite/SVP/VP relationships for priority customers.
• Institutionalize Joint Business Planning and define standards to translate portfolio strategy into retailer-specific plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional capabilities (Category Management, RGM, Insights, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Field Sales) to execute against the highest-value opportunities.
