Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager for the Central Region. The role focuses on developing and executing a sales strategy for industrial vacuum equipment with distributors, markets, and key customers.

You will report to the Distributor Sales Manager and represent the Atlas Copco brand with professionalism. The position requires 3–5 years in industrial sales, preferably in vacuum or rotating equipment, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant industrial sales experience.
• Industrial vacuum or rotating equipment sector, preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an effective sales strategy for industrial vacuum equipment across distributors and key customers.
• Report to Distributor Sales Manager and maintain professional representation of Atlas Copco.
• Monitor market conditions, share insights with leadership, and support strategic planning.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales activity, project status, and performance against budget.
• Travel frequently to engage customers, distributors, and OEMs.
