The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a product manager for enterprise software, experience with CDPs and data governance, and is proficient in agile practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Product Manager for enterprise or consumer software
• 2+ years with Customer Data Platforms using 1st party data
• Experience in agile environments and shipping products
• Knowledge of data governance and modern data infrastructure
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of the Customer Data Platform
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, Paid Media, and Data Product teams
• Define strategy, roadmap, features, and delivery
• Gather requirements, write specs, manage backlog, and ship quickly
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance
• Promote adoption of the CDP across the organization
• Lead cross-functional agile pods and coordinate with executives
