Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a CRM Manager, Digital Customer Experience to own the customer journey marketing strategy across our brand portfolio, providing consultation and oversight from implementation to execution. The CRM Manager will lead CRM/CDP initiatives and drive personalized marketing at scale.

The role requires experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP (Salesforce Data 360); is a hybrid position located at our corporate office in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• CRM – set vision and strategy, establish Roadmap, deliver marketing automation at scale.
• CDP – oversee Salesforce Data 360 implementation, data integration, and daily operations.
• Project management – apply Agile methods and coordinate with Digital Solutions to prioritize roadmap and backlog.
• Stakeholder collaboration – partner with business, product, design, digital solutions and dev teams to drive changes.
• Experience design – apply UX principles to align with business objectives.
• Customer obsession – ensure digital investments meet customer needs and drive purchase.
