Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a CDM Analyst II for remote work within the United States. The role involves data validation, audits, and collaboration with vendors to maintain Chargemaster accuracy and support compliant, efficient billing.

You will lead meetings, train other analysts, and drive revenue optimization initiatives across hospital and physician operations, with opportunities for certifications and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 4 year/Bachelor's Degree. Combination of post-secondary education and experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Six years of experience in the healthcare industry is required. Charge Master, EAP and coding experience are highly preferred.
• Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance and provider relations.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
• This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes and delivers data driven results using various tools, sources and systems to communicate and collaborate on client assessments and how to achieve performance goals.
• Performs and delivers routine audits and works with internal and external customers to make key decisions that impact the organization.
• Provides training, guidance and support to CDM Analysts on processes, maintenance, and status of planned changes to the chargemaster.
• Leads meetings and coordinates multi-disciplinary groups to monitor accuracy and enhancement of hospital net revenue.
• Leads quarterly and yearly updates to ensure compliance with charging and coding, and performs monthly chargemaster maintenance.
