Phoenix Management Solutions, a U.S. provider of shared administrative support for intermodal transportation carriers, is hiring a Bilingual Truck Driver Recruiter.

The role focuses on identifying, engaging, qualifying, and moving professional CDL drivers through recruiting and onboarding from initial contact to orientation and activation. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, have CDL recruiting experience, knowledge of DOT/FMCSA standards, and be comfortable in a fast‑paced,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; can conduct recruiting conversations in both languages.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers and onboarding requirements.
• Knowledge of CDL driver qualification and DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Experience using Tenstreet or a comparable driver recruiting/ATS.
• Understand differences between Owner Operators and Company Drivers.
• Strong outbound calling and candidate follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates at different stages with persistence.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and thorough.
• Ability to meet measurable recruiting and activation targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, qualify, and move professional drivers through recruiting and onboarding.
• Lead recruiting conversations in English or Spanish and manage candidate momentum.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth orientation and activation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Collaborate with terminal/operations leadership as needed.
