Ensemble Health Partners seeks an experienced Clinical Documentation Specialist leader to guide CDI staff, ensure QA, and drive performance across clinical documentation improvement initiatives.

Requires current RN licensure and at least two years of CDI experience, with strong communication, AI-enabled process improvements, and ability to manage training, policy development, and collaborative initiatives with clients. Onsite travel is expected 15–25%.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN licensure and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Minimum of two years CDI experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Acute care experience or similar clinical setting.
• Flexibility in assignment and workload management.
• Strong ability to organize and present information clearly.
• Excellent computer and keyboarding skills; high prioritization ability.
• Proven ability to influence change management.
• Strong critical thinking and action planning abilities.
• Experience applying AI to lead process improvements and teams.

Aufgaben

• Oversee CDI staff quality assurance, coaching, and performance management.
• Lead hiring, training and development for CDI team members.
• Develop policies and materials for the CDI program.
• Create educational programs on regulatory changes and gaps.
• Collaborate with coding professionals and leadership on KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendor partnerships for software, training, and data validation.
• Produce regular client and internal reports and onsite deliverables.
• Travel onsite to client locations 15%–25% as required.
