Job summary

One Senior Care Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Documentation Integrity Nurse to support accurate, complete, and audit-ready documentation for PACE participants. You will review medical records, provider notes, and care plans to identify documentation opportunities and prepare concise summaries for review.

You will lead a CDI function, guide Medical Assistants, and help establish workflows as the program evolves, ensuring compliance and quality across the team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in Clinical Documentation Integrity or provider documentation.
• Strong coding experience with CC focus.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and documentation to identify opportunities for review.
• Apply clinical documentation and coding knowledge, including CC-focused coding.
• Prepare neutral clinical summaries for provider review.
• Provide education to providers and clinical teams on documentation quality.
• Support and coach Medical Assistants in documentation workflows.
• Develop and refine standardized workflows and templates.
• Participate in quality/compliance reviews and audits.
