Job summary

The ACI Group is seeking a CBT Training Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and continuously improve federal healthcare eLearning materials. This remote role focuses on learner-centered content and practical training aids that help users understand systems, processes, data, and workflows.

You will collaborate with program stakeholders and SMEs to ensure Section 508 compliant training, leveraging Articulate Storyline 360 and ADDIE methodologies, while delivering accessible LMS-based courses

Qualifications

• Requires four years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or a Master's with at least two years.
• Proficiency in Articulate tools; focus on Storyline 360.
• Experience creating Section 508 compliant materials.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with creative design thinking.
• Excellent collaboration in a team environment.
• Experience in Agile, federal consulting, healthcare, or government contracting is a plus.
• Prior government agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt learning content for diverse audiences and formats.
• Develop modules using Articulate 360, Storyline 360, including simulations.
• Incorporate accessibility, captions, alt text, and screen reader order.
• Coordinate with SMEs to gather information for modules.
• Apply ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy to structure modules.
• Write voiceover scripts translating complex info into clear material.
• Design engaging slide layouts and infographics per branding guidelines.
• Build knowledge checks and interactive activities for learners.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Present modules to team and stakeholders for feedback.
• Update modules and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Work with LMS to upload and track courses.
• Document eLearning processes and guides.
