Avar Consulting, Inc., an AMDEX Corporation company, is hiring a CATI Interviewer to conduct telephone surveys for CMS service quality. This fully remote role requires independence, data accuracy, and strong English communication.

Hours are 9 AM–8 PM EST Monday–Friday and 10 AM–7 PM EST on weekends, with shifts assigned within this window. High school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Clear English communication (written and oral).
• Strong active listening and neutral, unbiased approach.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry.
• Ability to meet data quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews using CATI system.
• Read questions exactly as written and record responses.
• Review data for completeness and accuracy.
• Work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Engage with feedback from colleagues and Team Leads.
