Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking a Sales Development Representative to connect with Catholic parishes, dioceses and related non-profits. You will make outbound calls, emails and texts to qualify prospects and schedule 1–2 appointments daily for Account Executives, using Salesforce and Outreach to manage your pipeline.

The role emphasizes remote work with a focus on KPI-driven performance and a strong understanding of Catholic church structures and budgets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
• Experience with Catholic parishes or dioceses recommended.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to qualify parishes, dioceses, ministries and non-profits within the Catholic denomination.
• Able to make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.
• Schedule 1–2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
• Communicate how Pushpay can help and align needs with our service.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline.
