Ladders is seeking a Category Management Staff - E4 to join our aerospace and defense client’s team in a remote capacity. You will lead category strategy and sourcing execution across key commodities, focusing on cost savings, supplier performance, and resilience, in a highly regulated environment.

This role partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to assess supply base risks, support contract negotiations, and improve procurement outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR compliance.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and e-sourcing tools.
• Ability to develop business cases and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience managing supplier risk.
• Knowledge of regulated environments.
