Ladders is seeking a Category Management Staff - E4 to join our aerospace and defense client’s team in a remote capacity. You will lead category strategy and sourcing execution across key commodities, focusing on cost savings, supplier performance, and resilience, in a highly regulated environment.

This role partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to assess supply base risks, support contract negotiations, and improve procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR compliance.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and e-sourcing tools.
• Ability to develop business cases and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience managing supplier risk.
• Knowledge of regulated environments.

For our client, we are seeking a Category Management Stf - E4 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This remote role will focus on category strategy and sourcing execution across key commodities, with an emphasis on driving cost savings, supplier performance, and operational resilience. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate supply base risks, support contract negotiations, and improve procurement outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of sourcing expertise, supplier management, and business‑case development in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $111,400 – $206,800 annually
