Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Contracts Manager (Remote) to lead complex proposals and contracts in the Aerospace & Defense sector. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements while advising on contractual terms and risk management in a regulated environment.

This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to support proposals, contract administration, and customer agreement execution, with a remote work setup and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of experience or Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience in proposal compliance reviews and contract negotiations
• Familiarity with contract formation, including NDAs, MOUs, and MOAs
• Advanced legal degree (J.D.) preferred
• Experience in the aerospace industry preferred
• Proficiency in SAP software preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage complex proposals and contracts
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and external requirements
• Advise on contractual requirements and represent the contracts organization
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations on contractual matters
• Manage contract administration, including proposal generation and negotiation
• Draft and negotiate terms and conditions of customer agreements
• Identify risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies
