Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Category Management & Shopper Insights Manager to shape and deliver insight-driven category narratives for Meijer and Publix. The role blends analytics, shopper understanding, and strategic storytelling to influence internal teams and partners, driving category growth across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in the CPG industry.
• 5+ years in Shopper Insights/Category Management.
• Nielsen and/or Circana syndicated data experience required.
• Advanced analytical capabilities required.
• Loyalty card experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate data, research, and shopper insights into clear category stories for decision-making.
• Build persuasive narratives aligned to customer priorities and deliver presentations in reviews and Joint Business Planning (JBP).
• Lead category growth platforms aligned to SBUs and key customers.
• Partner with Brand, Sales Strategy, and Key Accounts to embed insights into go-to-market strategies.
• Lead customer-facing category reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Leverage multiple data sources to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor competitive activity and develop proactive strategies.
