You will develop category platforms, identify whitespace opportunities, and lead cross-functional efforts to drive growth and retailer alignment. Travel ~30% is required for in-person engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in the CPG industry is required.
• 5+ years in Shopper Insights/Category Management in CPG.
• Experience with Circana or Nielsen data is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate data, research, and shopper insights into category narratives.
• Develop category growth platforms aligned to SBUs and customers.
• Partner with Brand, Sales Strategy, and Key Account teams to embed insights in GTM strategies.
• Lead preparation and delivery of customer category reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Synthesize multiple data streams into actionable recommendations and monitor competitive activity.
