Job summary

Frontline Insurance is seeking a Catastrophe Claims Specialist to join our remote team in the United States. The role focuses on investigating loss details, managing the full claims process, and coordinating property inspections while maintaining strong communication with insureds.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in Property & Casualty insurance, and the ability to obtain additional state licenses within 90 days. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience or equivalent.
• Florida 620/720 license required; ability to obtain Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia licenses within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and verify loss details to determine coverage under the policy.
• Manage the full claims process from fact-gathering to payments within authorities.
• Coordinate property inspections and maintain communication with insureds throughout the lifecycle.
• Review claim documentation to establish facts and timely decisions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all claim activities and communications.
• Communicate clearly with insureds, adjusters, attorneys, and contractors to provide updates.
