Frontline Insurance seeks a Catastrophe Field Adjuster for the North Carolina Territory. This regular full-time role involves handling end-to-end claims, scheduling inspections, and inspecting structures including roofs. Qualifications

• A four year college degree is preferred along with prior insurance experience with an insurance carrier or agency.

Responsibilities

• Handle the adjusting of the entire claim from inspection to payment within authority level.
• Schedule inspections, travel to affected properties, and conduct inspections promptly.
• Inspect all areas of a dwelling, including roofs, and climb ladders safely.
• Photograph, sketch and scope damages and document all actions in the file.
• Determine the coverage, value the loss, and assign outside experts when needed.
• Keep insureds informed on the claims investigation.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Assist with catastrophe operations during major events and deployments.
• Submit reserve recommendations to the Desk Adjuster within 48 hours of inspection.
