Frontline Insurance is seeking a Catastrophe (CAT) Claims Manager for a regular full-time remote role based in the United States. You will oversee claims adjusters and ensure catastrophe claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with applicable procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has at least five years of claims experience, and maintains Adjuster Licenses across Frontline’s operating states. Willingness to travel within the area of responsibility is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of claims experience.
• Must possess and maintain Adjuster’s Licenses in all states Frontline does business within 90 days of employment.
• Must be able to travel via commercial or personal transportation to CAT sites to support catastrophe response within area of responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for management of claims adjusters to ensure catastrophe claims are handled in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure that claims are handled in accordance with available coverage and applicable procedures, laws and regulations.
• Oversee a team of claim handlers and provide feedback to team members on a regular basis regarding goals and performance.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of Frontline’s catastrophe claim operations.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments including Underwriting, Sales and Information Technology.
