Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and eight years in casualty claims or related work.
• Active licenses as required by each state; leadership experience is preferred.
• Insurance designations such as INS, AIC, and CPCU are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of casualty claims professionals with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee claim files for timely, accurate handling and assign claims by complexity.
• Provide guidance on complex coverage, reserving, and claim resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with counsel, coverage experts, and subrogation on complex exposures.
• Monitor productivity, claim quality, and expenses; recruit and retain top talent.
• Build relationships with agents, insureds, and partners to deliver excellent customer experience.
