Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ relevant work experience.
• 2 years of related professional experience.
• 2 years of claims experience.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Strong customer service orientation and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Work in a virtual environment or office setting as needed.
• Handle mostly simple to moderate auto liability cases with or without representation.
• May handle first-party Medical payments and PIP.
• Investigate, negotiate, settle injury claims under $50,000.
• Present cases in committee and negotiate settlements.
