Qualifications

Experience scaling consumer-facing gaming platforms.
Strong knowledge of monetisation, CRM, VIP, rewards and payments.
Experience with social or sweepstakes casino organizations preferred.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

Advise on overall product strategy and roadmap.
Review platform architecture and core user journeys.
Optimise lobby, wallet, payments, rewards, VIP, referral and CRM experiences.
Improve product funnels from registration through retention.
Establish KPI frameworks and data-driven decision making.
Provide guidance on product team structure and development processes.
Support international expansion and localization initiatives.
