Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Manager of Payment Posting to lead daily cash posting and payment reconciliation for hospital revenue cycle operations. You will oversee posting accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to policies, with hands-on leadership in a complex Epic and MEDITECH environment.

The role requires strong cash posting, AR management, and regulatory knowledge, plus at least 7 years in healthcare revenue cycle and 2 years of people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
• 5 years in hospital cash posting, payment posting, or AR management.
• Experience with Epic and MEDITECH environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash posting and payment reconciliation functions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of postings per policies.
• Mentor staff and manage team performance and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT for billing system changes and accuracy.
• Provide KPI and reporting on AR and cash posting productivity.
