Guidehouse is seeking a Cash Applications / Poster Specialist to perform payment posting duties within a Management Services Organization. You will post deposits, payments, denials, and adjustments, reconcile batches, and support the payment workflow.

Strong communication and independence are essential in this fast-paced healthcare setting. The role emphasizes patient confidentiality, empathy, and teamwork as you manage multiple tasks and deadlines while adapting to shift needs.

Formación

• 1-3+ years of experience in office, business, operations, customer service or healthcare.
• Must be self-directed with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Payment prep and posting.
• Balance batch totals and reconcile payments/denials/adjustments.
• Research payments and unresolved items with supervision if needed.
• Review statements and remittance documents for accuracy.
• Assist with opening mail and maintaining records.
