Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Cash Posting Manager to oversee daily cash posting and payment reconciliation for hospital and healthcare revenue cycle operations. You will ensure patient and payer payments, adjustments, denials and other financial transactions are posted accurately and timely in line with policies and internal controls.

The ideal candidate leads hands-on, has strong cash posting and AR reconciliation experience, and is familiar with Epic and MEDITECH environments.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle, hospital cash posting, and payment posting.
• Experience with Epic and MEDITECH environments is required or highly preferred.
• Ability to manage teams and provide training and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Acts and leads in a manner that will instill trust and foster team play.
• Oversees Billing/Cash Posting/Collections and AR account resolution.
• Prepares and presents daily, weekly, and monthly reporting packages.
• Ensures compliance with State/Federal regulations and HIPAA requirements.
