Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years in healthcare revenue cycle or hospital cash posting/payments.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash posting and payment reconciliation for hospital Revenue Cycle.
• Lead a team; ensure compliance with state/federal rules and internal controls.
• Manage CPT4, HCPCS and Revenue Codes accuracy and payer updates.
