Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) seeks a Loan Operations Consumer Document Review Representative 1 to ensure accurate onboarding of loan and collateral documentation into the bank's core system. You will review files for regulatory compliance and maintain data integrity across LOS and Xperience.

Responsibilities include verifying documentation, processing exceptions, and supporting efficient loan boarding and collateral management. 40 hours per week with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and issue exceptions for errors in calculations or missing docs.
• Ensure contract figures and disclosures are correct for each loan type.
• Enter new/updated data for renewals and modifications into the core system.
• Process cross-applications to move funds/fees to the general ledger.
