Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Loan Operations Consumer Document Review Representative 1 to join its Loan Operations Department. You will review and onboard loan and collateral documentation to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and protection of the Bank's security interests.

This role supports efficient loan onboarding, identifying and resolving documentation exceptions, and coordinating with other teams to maintain accurate core-system data and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Identify and issue exceptions for errors in calculations, missing documentation
• Enter new/updated data for renewals and modifications into the core system
• Process cross-applications in the core system to move funds/fees to the GL
• Maintain knowledge of laws and internal controls and meet training requirements
