Job summary

The American Red Cross in Louisville, KY is seeking a full-time Hero Care Center Caseworker for the third shift. You will interview callers, record client information, assess needs, and coordinate case management services across domestic and overseas locations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, 40 wpm typing, and experience with CRM/CMS. Remote work is 100%, with some in-office requirements near the call center as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in social service or service contact center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service requests, record client information in the case management system.
• Assess eligibility for American Red Cross services and determine appropriate assistance.
• Communicate with clients, staff and management to deliver services.
• Operate with confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
