Job summary

ASM Research seeks a Seasonal Case Processing Specialist I to join a fully remote team working on case analysis and reconciliation for the Federally Facilitated Marketplace. The role requires independent work, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail.

The program includes two weeks of instructor-led training, followed by a one-week job shadow; completing 30 days in good standing earns a bonus, with a second bonus for continued duration. Schedule is 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be a US citizen and able to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data analysis and reconciliation to support health insurance consumers and issuers.
• Provide exceptional customer service via cloud-based telephony and gather missing information.
• Contribute to workflow investigations and process improvements.
• Triages, adjudicates, and escalates consumer dispute cases as needed.
• Document findings thoroughly following SOPs.
• Maintain compliance while working a remote shift 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, M–F.
