Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a Seasonal Case Processing Specialist II to support internal stakeholders, analysts, and issuers. This remote role requires high accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to manage cases in CRM and spreadsheets.

You will analyze inbound requests, build a clear workbook, contact issuers by phone or email, validate responses, escalate when needed, and balance a high caseload during surge periods.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of additional relevant experience.
• US Citizen and must pass federal background investigation.
• Preferred remote-work adaptability and home-office setup.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming cases and build a comprehensive workbook to relay requests to the issuer.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email to issuers.
• Validate issuer responses against the original request and identify deficiencies.
• Escalate unresolved issues using established criteria.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with issuer points of contact.
• Prioritize and manage a high caseload, especially during surge periods.
• Assist with special projects as needed and collaborate with the team using CRM/spreadsheets.
• Triage, adjudicate, and escalate cases requiring advanced subject-matter expertise.
