Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Seasonal Case Processing Specialist II to manage requests from internal stakeholders and issuers with accuracy using spreadsheets and a CRM system.

Two weeks of virtual training, then one week of shadowing. Remote role with eight-hour shifts 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime. You will analyze cases, contact issuers, validate responses, and escalate when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience.
• 1 year additional relevant experience.
• US Citizenship and ability to pass federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming cases and build a comprehensive workbook to relay requests to the issuer.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email, responding to inbound calls and managing email correspondence with issuers.
• Validate issuer responses against the original request and communicate any deficiencies.
• Apply escalation criteria and forward unresolved issues promptly.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with issuer points of contact.
• Manage and prioritize high caseloads, especially during surge periods.
